Discover the magic of chocolate creation with the 'Chocolate Making MasterClass: The Art and Science of Bean-to-Bar Chocolate' with Nantucket Faraway Chocolate. This first class of 2024 is scheduled for Saturday January 27, 2024. Immerse yourself in the fascinating process of transforming cocoa beans into exquisite chocolate. In this class, you will learn the intricate steps of Bean-to-Bar chocolate making, guided by Chef André Marrero a master chocolate maker and founder of Nantucket Faraway Chocolate.
You'll have the opportunity to create your own three large custom chocolate bars, which will be a delightful blend of your creativity and newfound skills. Designed for chocolate enthusiasts aged 14 and above, this master class is limited to 8 participants per session.
