Inspired by the historic cobblestone streets of downtown Nantucket, these little gems are our tribute to the island we call home. Whole hazelnuts are slowly caramelized, then enrobed in our single origin dark chocolate gianduja, a silky, hazelnut infused chocolate in the Italian tradition, and finished with a dusting of confectioner's luster for a jewel like shimmer.
