Pure cacao in its most elemental form. These organic nibs are roasted in small batches in our Nantucket workshop, bringing out the natural complexity locked inside each bean — notes that range from bright and fruity to deep and nutty, depending on the origin. Our origins rotate with the seasons, sourced from estates across Latin America and East Africa. Enjoy them straight from the pouch, scattered over yogurt or oatmeal, folded into baked goods, or as a sophisticated garnish. Sugar-free, dairy-free, and packed with antioxidants and natural energy.

    No details. What size is this package?

    Would be really helpful if any information was listed about these cacao nibs. Where are they from? Is it a mix of cacao from all the countries listed? How much is in the package?

    Hello Erik,

    Thanks for your feedback. The Cacao Nibs come in 4oz pouches and the origins change frequently. All nibs are packaged as Single Origin. Currently I have Venezuela and Honduras nibs.

    Since I work in small batches the origins are changing all the time to keep up with the demand, especially in season. Listing the nibs from specific origins as they change creates confusion, but I am happy to provide the origins available when anyone reaches out.

    I hope this helps clarify our thought process on the matter.

    Game changer for my yogurt!

    The nibs are a game changer for my yogurt. Not too sweet but adds the rich chocolate flavor with a crunch which is so satisfying!
