Back by Popular Demand:   Our In-Depth Chocolate Making Class

Starting June 24, 2024, we're launching an in-depth chocolate making class every Monday from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Hosted at The Nantucket Culinary Center, 22 Federal Street, these ongoing classes are perfect for anyone who wants to dive deeper into the world of chocolate. You'll get to:

- Learn about the entire bean-to-bar process

- Roast, grind, and temper your own chocolate

- Create your own unique chocolate bars to take home

- Discover the rich history and science behind chocolate making

Daily In-Store Chocolate Tastings

In addition to our Monday classes, we’re excited to offer daily chocolate tastings at 1:30 PM. Join us for a 30-minute journey through our finest creations. For just $20 per person, you’ll enjoy:

- A curated selection of our signature chocolate bars and unique treats

- Insights into the flavor profiles and craftsmanship of each chocolate

- Tips on how to taste and appreciate fine chocolate like a connoisseur

Our tastings are designed for guests aged 12 and older, and we can accommodate up to 6 people per session. Be sure to purchase your tickets in advance—spots fill up quickly! Tickets are available online via our website, in-store, or by scanning our convenient QR code.
